Tanner Rutledge is a seasoned fitness professional with over a decade of experience. He holds multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist. As a former competitive Olympic lifter, CrossFitter, and OCR racer, Tanner brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching.

Throughout his career, Tanner has helped hundreds of parents regain control of their health, guiding them to feel as strong and energized as they did before having kids. Beyond his work with clients, Tanner also mentors and trains other fitness professionals, sharing his passion for health and wellness. When he's not coaching, you can find him writing, podcasting, and hanging out with his son.
